We all hear about the large makeup companies but what about small makeup brands? I have been leaning towards small brands these past few weeks. I still love my big brand companies but I want to dedicate this blog to a few indie brands. The determination and hard work it takes to own your own company is a lot. Between making the products and being responsible for the shipping and customer service it is a lot! So this blog is a post to show my love and admiration for all of you hard working ladies!
Mermaid Scale Cosmetics owned by Shelby N Harris Mudd
Mermaid Scale Cosmetics offers a range of makeup items from; glitters, pressed eyeshadows, highlighters and even foundation! I am obsessed with her glitters which come in a wonderful shade range Her prices are also super affordable.
Indibeauty Cosmetics owned by India Nicole Mills.
Indibeauty Cosmetics offers solid perfumes, face and body soap, liquid lipsticks and more. Her prices are affordable and she is super sweet. She is also a beyond talented MUE.
Makeup A Murder owned by Theresa Spencer
Makeup A Murder has a large variety of uniquely packaged cosmetics. Her items include eyeshadows, lashes, neon pigments, and even brushes. Not only are her items crazy cute but she is super talented in sfx makeup.
While this is a beauty blog she also has amazing highlighters that can be used as a highlight or on your eyelid. The prices are beyond affordable and I truly hope she expands her cosmetic line!
Makeup by Chey owned by CheyAnne Myers
Chey offers some of the best neon pigments I have bought. I am obsessed with them. They are affordable and they are beyond opaque. She also offers other pigment stacks and glitter stacks.
While this is only a very short list of Indie makeup brands, I will probably end up doing more blogs in regards to small brands. I have nothing but love and respect for all these ladies and their dedication and hard work they put into their passions. If you are leaning to try some small small indie brands, please give these ladies your support and love. Whether it be trying their items or supporting them via social media.
